Sony Ericsson Xperia ray hadir untuk kalangan yang menginginkan desain yang mulus dan menawan. Xperia ray menggabungkan ketebalan 9,4mm dengan bingkai aluminium berkualitas tinggi dan layar 3,3 inci.
Xperia ray – smartphone baru ini muncul secara resmi di acara CommunicAsia 2011, tanggal 22 Juni di Singapura. Dengan layar 3,3 inci dan platform Android (Gingerbread 2.3) terkini, ponsel ini datang dengan prosesor 1GHz, Reality Display dengan Mobile BRAVIA Engine, kamera 8,1 MP dengan sensor ponsel Exmor R dan fungsi perekam video HD. Dengan ketebalan 9,4mm, Xperia ray menggabungkan aspek desain nomor satu yang sudah menjadi cirri khas dari Sony Ericsson.
Sebagai tambahan, ponsel ini memiliki kamera depan dan layar anti gores dengan resolusi dan kecermelangan maksimal, juga tombol sentuh yang terintegrasi. Fitur Facebook inside Xperia dari Sony Ericsson mengantarkan pengalaman konsumen yang unik untuk interaksi sosial yang lebih menyeluruh. Dikombinasikan dengan layanan Google, begitu juga lebih dari 200.000 aplikasi di dalam Android Market, untuk menciptakan fondasi yang solid dan menghibur dalam sebuah smartphone. Xperia ray akan tersedia secara global di pasar-pasar tertentu, termasuk Jepang pada Q3 2011.
